The world often asks us to function in ways that move us away from our wholeness.
Many of the clients I work with are holding the weight of this reality while moving through challenges unique to their lives, such as identity development, life transitions, grief, mood-related concerns, or are generally seeking to make sense of their story.
My approach is collaborative and relational, informed by years of clinical experience and grounded in trauma-informed care. I often work with clients who are reconnecting with their emotions after years of disconnecting from them to survive, who are re-learning to trust in their own agency as they navigate forward. When words feel limiting, I can welcome clients to engage in somatic or creative interventions, utilizing specialized training in both areas.
Therapy is human work. Together, we’ll honor what has helped you survive, stay honest about what is no longer serving you, and build something new with clairity, kindness, and a bit of humor.
If this resonates, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to get started.
